Service description

Swing Signature Score ("SSS") is a swing mechanics analysis tool operated by The Swing Monk. Coaches upload swing phase photos. Our AI scores the mechanics across 28 sub-metrics and generates a development report.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $39.99/month per player through Stripe.
• Each subscription covers one player. Families with multiple players subscribe per child.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of that billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect active billing periods.

What you get

Each month, your partnered coach captures new swing photos and generates a scored report. The subscription entitles you to one assessment per month. Additional assessments within a billing period may be available at the coach's discretion.

AI analysis disclaimer

Swing analysis is generated by artificial intelligence. Scores and recommendations are informational and should not replace professional coaching judgment. Individual results may vary. We continuously improve our analysis but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Content ownership

• Photos uploaded by coaches remain the property of the coach and family.
• We retain a license to use photos for generating analysis and improving our service.
• Published reports may be shared via their unique URL. You control who receives the link.

Account access

Coach accounts are provisioned by The Swing Monk. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded photos and player information. Misuse of coach access (uploading inappropriate content, falsifying player data) will result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of liability

SSS is provided "as is." We are not liable for injury, coaching decisions, or outcomes based on our analysis. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the published report page or email if available.
