Who we are

The Swing Monk ("we", "us", "our") operates the Swing Signature Score platform at theswingmonk.com. Contact us at tag@3b11.com.

What we collect

• Player information: name, age, handedness, skill level. Provided by the coach during report creation.
• Swing photos: images of swing phases uploaded by coaches. Stored securely and used only for analysis.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Usage analytics: page views and checkout clicks (no personal identifiers). Used to measure conversion and improve the product.

How we use your data

• Generate swing analysis reports and composite scores
• Track player development over time
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our analysis

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Supabase: database hosting (data stored in the US)
• Anthropic: AI analysis of swing mechanics (photos are sent for analysis and not retained by Anthropic after processing)

Published reports

Published reports are accessible via a unique URL. Anyone with the link can view the report. Reports include the player's first name, age, and swing analysis. Reports do not include contact information, location, or other identifying details beyond what is shown.

Data retention

Reports and player data are retained for as long as the subscription is active plus 12 months. After cancellation, you may request deletion by contacting tag@3b11.com.

Children's privacy

Our service is designed for youth athletes (ages 8-18). Account creation and payment are performed by parents or coaches, not minors. We collect only the minimum player information needed for swing analysis. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts from minors.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting tag@3b11.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
